We accept instructions in Private, Publicly funded work, and we are always happy to consider papers on a Conditional Fee basis.

We also undertake Trusts of Land & Appointment of Trustees Act cases and working relating to contracts of employment and restraint of trade clauses regularly, although these areas may also fall within the remit of the Family & Employment Teams.
