Siân joined Chambers after having worked for eighteen months in the family department of a busy solicitors’ firm. She has experience in a wide range of family matters and is available to discuss cases on an informal basis prior to instruction.
She is willing to accept instructions in the following areas:

· Cohabitation co-ownership disputes
· Civil Partnership Act 2004
· Divorce (including jurisdictional issues)
· Private law children (including financial provision)
· Public law child care (for local authorities, children’s guardians, parents and other family members)
