Omar is a specialist matrimonial practitioner experienced in all areas of the subject.
Omar has presented seminars on various topics. He is happy to give advice either on the phone, in writing or in conference.

Areas of practice:

Finance
Dealing with all aspects involving disputes between married couples and those in civil partnerships. Cases have ranged from the (apparently simple!) tenancy transfers to much more complex disputes involving eg businesses, pensions, inherited assets. He also has a great interest in Sch 1 CA 1989 and TOLATA disputes.

Children
Private Law- has considerable experience in all aspects of this area - residence,contact, removal from the jurisdiction ,Re L Hearings
Public Law - invariably battling against all the odds for parents! Recently led in a 2 week fact find hearing at Bournemouth D.R. involving rape allegations against his client.

His interests include, skiing, tennis, fine wines and foods and his family.
