Keely studied at the University of Kent and the Phillips Universitat, Marburg, Germany and received an LLB (Hons) in English and German Law. After Bar School she worked for the litigation department of a large corporate law firm in the City.Practising predominantly in criminal law, personal injury and landlord and tenant, she has co-written a book on magistrates' court practice as a guide for newly qualified solicitors and barristers facing their first days in court. Her free time is split between her love of cinema, music and the Army Cadet Force.
