Directions from the North
Leave M3 at Junction 14 signposted A33 Southampton. At Chilworth roundabout go straight on into Bassett Avenue (A33). At next roundabout continue straight on towards Southampton City Centre. At traffic lights with Burgess Road go straight on and continue past Southampton Common, the Cowherds Public House and Northlands Road junction to the next set of traffic lights at junction with Lodge Road. Go straight across these lights.
Stay in right hand lane and at end of long green island bear right, then left into London Road, passing the Courts of Justice on your right. Take the first right into Carlton Crescent and 18 Carlton Crescent is almost at the far end on the left hand side opposite St. Anne's School.

Directions from the East
Leave M27 at junction 5 (Airport) and turn left into Stoneham Way (A335), signposted Southampton. Continue straight on until second set of traffic lights, at which you should bear left signposted Portswood and City Centre into Thomas Lewis Way. Go straight across the next four sets of traffic lights. At fifth set of lights, bear right on to the road signposted Shirley. At next traffic lights go straight across into Lodge Road. Continue to the end of Lodge Road to its junction with The Avenue. Turn left at these traffic lights.
Stay in right hand lane and at end of long green island bear right, then left into London Road, passing the Courts of Justice on your right. Take the first right into Carlton Crescent and 18 Carlton Crescent is almost at the far end on the left hand side opposite St. Anne's School.

Directions from the West
Leave M27 at junction 3 and go onto M271 towards Southampton. There is a roundabout at the end of the M271 which has a flyover which carries traffic from Totton and the New Forest area on the A35. At this roundabout turn left onto Redbridge Road, towards Southampton. Move to central or right hand lane to go over next flyover.
Continue along Redbridge Road which becomes Millbrook Road (A3024) through one set of traffic lights and as the road starts to climb bear left onto Paynes Road, signposted Shirley. Continue to cross roads with Shirley High Street and go straight across into Howard Road. Continue to the junction with Hill Lane and go straight across into Archers Road. At next cross roads turn right through traffic lights into Carlton Road which becomes Bedford Place. The first road on the left (just before a pedestrian crossing) is Carlton Crescent. Turn into Carlton Crescent and 18 Carlton Crescent will be found on your right a short distance from the Bedford Place junction.

Directions from Southampton Rail Station
Leave the station on the northern side (Platform 1) and cross the car park. Go a short distance to the right and then turn left into Wyndham Place. At the traffic lights turn right into Commercial Road (just below the Mayflower Theatre) and take first left into Morris Road. Go straight across three cross roads and turn left at the next junction into Devonshire Road. Almost immediately turn right into Henstead Road. Continue to the end and turn left into Bedford Place. Go straight on past the junction with Carlton Place and take the next right into Carlton Crescent. 18 Carlton Crescent will be found on your right a short distance from the Bedford Place junction.

Directions from Town Quay (Isle of Wight Jet)
Leave Town Quay and go straight across the traffic lights into the High Street. At next traffic lights turn left into Briton Street and follow this road around to the right into Castle Way, which becomes Portland Terrace towards West Quay Shopping Centre. Go under the Link in Portland Terrace and continue to the end, passing the Marlands Shopping Centre on your right. At the junction by the Civic Centre go straight on into Havelock Road past BBC South and through the next two sets of traffic lights. Follow the road around into Cumberland Place (A3024) past the Southampton Park Hotel. Go straight on at the first lights after the hotel and then turn left at the next lights into Bedford Place. Carlton Crescent is the third junction on the right. 18 Carlton Crescent will be found on your right a short distance from the Bedford Place junction.
