Lee is a very experienced Family and General Common Law Barrister - called to the Bar in 1991.

He specialises in all matters relating to civil law including but not limited to claims and defence - including contract, commercial, partnership disputes, negligence, clinical negligence, professional negligence, personal injury claims and defences, landlord and tenant, land law, boundary disputes, trust law.

He has wide experience in these areas, and has appeared regularly in all levels of Courts in England & Wales - including the High Court and the Court of Appeal.
