Lee predominantly specialises in civil law, including contract, commercial, partnership disputes, negligence (both clinical and professional), personal injury, landlord and tenant, land law, boundary disputes, and trust law.

Lee also maintains a matrimonial practice, consisting mainly of ancillary relief proceedings involving high value matters. He also deals with children matters in the areas of care and international child abduction.
Away from Chambers, Lee loves nothing more than spending time on his yacht; he is a qualified RYA Day Skipper and an advanced PADI scuba diver. Apart from his water activities, Lee also likes to relax by listening to music, travelling and going for long strolls.
