Ian taught undergraduate employment law to from 1997 to 2006 and is an
experienced employment practitioner, having represented parties since 1997 in
Employment Tribunals, dealing with unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal,
redundancy, and all areas of discrimination, as well as whistleblowing claims and TUPE; acting for both
employers and employees.
Ian can still be regularly found attending Employment Tribunals and the EAT
involving various applications and day cases to multi-day hearings. As well as
advising in writing or in conference.
