Ashley Ailes qualified as a Family Mediator in 2007 on the setting up of our Eighteen Mediation Services.
Ashley has been practising as a barrister since 1976, and has an extensive matrimonial practice, including contact, residence, specific issue and prohibited steps. As well as public and private law children matters, he has a successful ancillary relief practice, including private company and business cases, matrimonial disputes involving pension sharing, transfers of tenancy, trusts of land (TLATA), and co-habitation claims.
He is a Member of the Family Mediators Association.
Ashley is also known as our resident artist, and has a keen eye for drawing. He also likes to relax with a good book, and is a keen wildlife enthusiast.
