As part of the Civil Team, Chambers have a team of personal injury barristers, who deal with fast-track and multi-track trials, involving all personal injury matters (for both claimant and defence work) including clinical negligence, RTA, infant settlements/approvals, employers and occupiers liability cases, infant settlements, professional negligence.

Our Personal Injury team appear in County Courts accross the South Coast, as well as in London and the High Court.
