Areas of Work - Mediation

Mediation is a fast, cost-effective and confidential alternative to litigation with a success rate of around 80%.

At Eighteen Carlton Crescent, we offer Mediation in commercial, personal and family disputes of any size or nature.  We will provide a neutral Mediator to assist you in the resolution of your dispute.

All our Mediators are practising barristers specialising in the areas of family and civil law who will use a process suitable for your particular case.

Before starting Mediation you will have an opportunity to discuss with one of our Mediators any worries or concerns that you may have and help you decide whether Mediation is right for you.

All Mediations are held in Chambers, and for persons who require disabled access we will book a neutral location that has disabled access, as we are unfortunately unable to accommodate persons with disabilities on the premises.
