Our Family Team are one of the most comprehensive and experienced teams practising on the Western Circuit.  We have expertise in all aspects of family law, including international child abduction cases; appearing in all Courts from the Family Proceedings Court to the Appellate Courts.  Our Members are widely reported.

We have seniority from 2 year to 40 year call, assisting with cases from return date injunctions, international law, abduction, care proceedings, Schedule 1 of the Childrens Act, TLATA to complex ancillary matters.
