Carlton Crescent aims to provide the highest possible
standard of client care and service. Our Clerking
Team are always happy to advise clients as to
the most suitable Counsel for a particular case
and will take into consideration the level of
experience required, the lay clients needs and
all other relevant factors.

Senior
Clerk - Paul Cooke
Paul left school as
a fresh faced sixteen year old to join Chambers
as Junior Clerk in February 1980. Elevated to
the heady heights of Senior Clerk in October 1986
he continues in this role today.
His main areas of responsibility lay in practice management and development, along with co-ordinating Chambers daily diary. The agreements of Counsels’ fees is an undertaking that Paul also has great experience in and is considerate in his approach to discussing monetary requirements for all areas of work.
In his spare time Paul has
an unyielding passion for movies and has a vast
collection of films to unwind with.

First
Junior Clerk - Keely Morris
Keely joined chambers in July
2002. She is responsible for all areas of civil
and family practice, this includes the booking
of cases, paperwork, the billing up of fees and
all other aspects of civil and family administration.
Keely is able to deal with all legal aid queries
(especially the Family Graduated Fee Scheme) and
is happy to answer any questions you may have,
or to provide a cost estimate for the purpose
of the certificate limits.
Keely is responsible for the
development of systems and policies which ensure
that the services offered by the clerking team
and Counsel are second to none. We are always
striving to improve the service that we offer
and Keely welcomes any suggestions that you may
have.
Keely commenced the ILEX course
in October 2006. She is studying part time and
has passed her first year. In May 2008 she took
the second year exams.
Keely is also responsible
for the newly formed Mediation Team and can be
contacted for any queries regarding this on the
number below.
In her spare time she enjoys
going to the gym, singing, playing the flute and
visiting the cinema. She also loves to go snowboarding
when she has the time. Keely has just returned
from a visit to Uganda, Africa.

Second Junior
Clerk - Jenna Belbin
Jenna joined
Chambers in January 2005.
She is responsible
for diary and paperwork bookings, dealing with
incoming DX and post, and assists Paul and Keely
with the billing up of family and criminal work.
Jenna is on the Chambers Marketing Committee and
enjoys helping plan events and new ways to promote
Chambers.
In November 2006 Jenna commenced the IBC BTEC
Advanced Award in Chambers Administration which
she passed and completed in November 2007.
In her spare time Jenna enjoys socialising, listening
to music, visiting the cinema and shopping!
