With a central core of pure criminal specialists, the members of the Criminal Practice Group undertake Prosecution (both for the Crown Prosecution Service and other agencies) and Defence work in the Crown Court, and Defence work at Courts Martial, a number of members having military service in their background. Members of the group also have experience of other Disciplinary Tribunals and Inquests.
