Mr. Simon Lillington

Simon became a fully qualified Family Mediator in 2007.

He is a member of the Family Mediators Association.

Simon is also a practising Barrister. He has been qualified for 26 years and has a wealth of experience at his fingertips.

Mr. Ashley Ailes

Ashley became a fully qualified Family Mediator in May 2007.

He is a member of the Family Mediators Association.

Together with being a Mediator, Ashley is also a qualified Barrister and has been for 32 years. He practices in family and civil areas of law predominantly.

Mrs. Siân Gough

Siân became a fully qualified Family Mediator in May 2007.

She is a member of the Family Mediators Association.

Siân is a practising barrister with two years experience. Although she is the most junior member of the Mediation team, she worked in a solicitors office for a number of years before becoming a tenant in Chambers, giving her the necessary experience to be an effective mediator.
