Mediation is an increasingly popular way of resolving disputes. It saves the expense of going to court and having lengthy court battles, which can be stressful and upsetting for all involved.

Mediation involves you and your partner sitting with one of our qualified Family Mediators discussing the solutions open to you.

We have three mediators:

Mr. Simon Lillington
Mr. Ashley Ailes
Mrs. Siân Gough

All three qualified from ADRgroup, are members of the Family Mediators Association, and are qualified barristers, practising in the areas of family and civil law.

If you decide that Mediation is right for you then you will need to book an initial intake meeting, we offer a free 30 minute telephone intake. If you would like to meet a mediator in person for your intake meeting, then there is a charge of £30 + VAT.

For the Mediation sessions, which each last 90 minutes, we charge £150 + VAT per person.
