Richard practises predominantly in the fields of matrimonial property and finance and cohabitee property disputes. He also undertakes work in both private and public law Children Act proceedings. He is co-author of the Sweet and Maxwell Family Law Manual and gives seminars both in-house and externally on many aspects of Family Law and Cohabitation disputes.
His interests include his family and golf.
