Tim's principal area of practice is employment law. 
He is currently recommended in the 'Legal 500' for his work in this area.

He undertakes all types of cases in both the employment tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal ranging from straight forward one day cases to multi-day hearings.

Tim regularly acts for claimants and respondents in the following areas:

• Unfair dismissal (including constructive dismissal)
• Race, sex, age and disability discrimination
• Redundancy
• Transfer of Undertaking Regulations (TUPE)
• Grievance and disciplinary procedures
• Equal pay
• Breach of contract
• Unlawful deduction from wages
  
  

In addition, he has experience of employment related county court litigation including restrictive covenants, negligent references and stress at work claims.

Away from work, Tim enjoys tennis, golf and snowboarding, and following the misfortunes of Southampton FC.
