Since joining chambers Evan has worked to develop a specialism in employment law. His areas of work include:

• Race discrimination
• Sex discrimination including equal pay
• Disability discrimination
• Unfair dismissal
• Unlawful deduction of wages
• Breach of contract
• TUPE transfers 

Evan has worked on behalf of the Free Representation Unit (and more recently the Western Circuit FRU) since 2002. FRU provide support for employees who are considering commencing proceedings against their employers.

Evan is a member of the Employment Law Bar Association and the Discrimination Law Association.
