Siân’s practice covers both prosecution and defence work.
She has prosecuted for the CPS, Department of Work and Pensions and local authorities. Siân also defends both in the Crown and Magistrates’ Courts and has a particular interest in representing youths and dealing with applications for Anti-Social Behaviour Orders.
Siân has considerable experience in advising and acting in driving-related matters including excess alcohol, drug impairment, dangerous driving, careless driving and excess speed.
When not working Siân enjoys music, travel, history and running.
