Roderick joined chambers in 2001 after a career in the Royal Navy where he served as a general service officer before qualifying as a barrister and his later appointment as a judge advocate. With extensive experience of the court martial system, he now practises principally in the area of crime, undertaking defence and prosecution work in all areas of crime; he is a Grade 3 Prosecutor.
His interests include his family, skiing, and horses.
